• On July 29, 2021, in Indeck Energy Services, Inc. v. DePodesta, 2021 IL 125733, the Illinois Supreme Court, discussing the elements of a constructive trust, cited a legal encyclopedia article by Mr. Rosenhouse.
• On January 24, 2020, a federal district court in Massachusetts, in Anova Applied Elecs., Inc. v. Hong King Group, Ltd., 334 F.R.D. 465 (D. Mass. 2020), discussing an issue of international procedural law, cited a research article by Mr. Rosenhouse.  On May 24, 2019, the federal district court for the Northern District of Illinois, in Luxottica Group S.p.A. v. Partnerships & Unincorporated Associations Identified on Schedule “A”, 391 F. Supp. 3d 816, 822 (N.D. Ill. 2019), reconsideration denied in part, 18 CV 2188, 2019 WL 2357011 (N.D. Ill. • The Supreme Court of Hawaii in Siopes v. Kaiser Found. Health Plan, Inc., 130 Hawai’i 437, 312 P.3d 869 (2013), as corrected (Sept. 26, 2013), cited and relied on an article by Mr. Rosenhouse on arbitration agreements.
